"-- Projects: "One of my priorities would be the successful implementation of the garden plot option that is finally decided. I think that's going to be important."
-- Strategy: "Having a good long term strategy with clear priorities that is clearly communicated down throughout the organization — it should cascade down through the organization. Communication should be through the executive director.""
Mike also discussed how important it is to have a proactive approach to planning. He feels this is key to using the taxpayers' money wisely.
